A $50 deposit (per pet) is required to secure your stay during Christmas and Easter. This deposit is non-refundable, should your plans change. Dogs new to our kennels must have day care first before being accepted.
Christmas bookings open 1st September. Deposits are required by 15th November or the booking will be forfeited to the waiting list Easter bookings open 1st January Deposits required by 15th March or the booking will be forfeited. The balance of payment for the booking is due as your pet is dropped off during these periods. We can be more flexible at other times of the year, but when we are fully booked during peak season we are totally committed, and we require the same of you.
Please assist us with security at our facility, and pay using eftpos at the time of your visit. Christmas and Easter deposits need to be paid in advance of your visit to secure the place for you. Credit Card Payment
We are now able to take credit card payments, however a 5% fee is added to cover the extra costs we need to cover to provide that service. Call us to provide details, as we do not collect credit card information electronically, nor will we store your information in this way, so as to protect you from credit card fraud.
