We may be able to offer an estimate based on recent shipments, however to provide you an accurate quote we require the following information:

• Measurements of your animal to determine the correct cage size
• Length (tip of nose to base of tail).
• Width (across widest part of animal).
• Height (from floor to top of head).
• Height to chest (from floor to chest)
• Your name
• Address to where the animal will be transported
• Contact phone numbers relevant to the destination address
• Name, age and breed of the pet to be transported

The size of your pet determines the size of the crate needed to transport them, and therefore the freight price, to which the fixed fees are added. A little attention to the detail now will ensure a seamless transaction later, and these people below are certainly pleased they did.

My family and I would like to sincerely thank the staff of Tolly Farm. They are a special bunch of people. It was a very trying time in that my mother could no longer care for her beloved dog, Walter and the sensitive manner in which they took all the stress and worry away was to be commended. I could concentrate on getting my mum to Australia whilst Jodi and Simone did all the leg work organising various certificates, veterinarian check, travel cage (which was first class), minding him for two weeks and then travelling to Wellington to get him on the flight. I am sure they did much much more and I know even went so far as taking him home one night so he could sleep by the fire. That takes a special kind of person. Not only that, they also have a great sense of humour which was obvious in their several follow up emails to make sure Walter arrived safely and also settled into his foreign home land. Once again, thankyou from the bottom of our hearts, you all deserve a medal.

Hi Simone

Thank you so much for making this scary process so stress free. It was so good to see the animals yesterday and they have settled in here very well. Henry has not stopped eating and Pougal/Dougal just wants to be patted. Mina destroyed her new ball in 2 minutes which was expected as she likes them flat for ease of picking up, she cried so loud when she saw Pete as it has been 7 weeks since she saw him last. So thanks again Simone for your awesome help, excellent communication and understanding
