Feeding.
While your pet is at Tolly Farm, you can rest assured they will be well fed with a balanced diet to keep them in healthy, tip-top condition.
The following procedures are followed for animal feeding and water...
- All animals are fed twice daily, unless we are advised specifically of your animal's dietary requirements.
We feed Nutrience dry biscuits to both cats and dogs. Nutrience utilises chicken fat as an excellent source of essential fatty acids. The addition of Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids helps promote a thick, shiny coat and healthy skin. Nutrience has a fixed formula (based on chicken) so that we can be confident that the nutritional content remains consistent from batch to batch, and it is low allergen, avoiding the 4 main products that tend to cause itching in sensitive animals - beef, wheat, dairy and gluten. We find it to be highly palatable and tempting to even the fussiest eaters. Dogs are fed the Nutrience Original Blend; cats are fed the Nutrience Elite Blend which is formulated for hairballs.
- Water is available at all times.
- If your pet is on a veterinary prescribed diet please provide this for us in a quantity sufficient to last your pets visit with us.
